LansonMachines’ factory and workshops are located in Zhengzhou, Henan — the heart of China’s manufacturing region for light and medium industrial machinery. Our workshops are organized for efficient, traceable production: from raw-material receiving and precision machining to assembly, quality testing and packing. This page explains how our facility and processes protect product quality, delivery reliability and long-term machine performance.
Workshop overview
Purpose-built areas: Separate zones for machining, welding, heat treatment, assembly, electrical installation and test-runs keep workflows clean and reduce cross-contamination.
Clear process flow: Raw material → machining → surface treatment → assembly → test-run → final inspection → packing, which helps us maintain consistent lead times and reliable quality control.
Skilled workforce: Our technicians and engineers are trained for pellet mill production, assembly, and on-site commissioning, with experience handling diesel, electric, flat-die and ring-die machines.
Key equipment & capabilities
CNC lathes and milling machines for high-precision parts.
Welding booths with qualified welders and fixtures for repeatable assemblies.
Balance and vibration test rigs for rotary components.
In-house machining for dies, rollers and shafts to shorten lead times for spare parts.
Assembly benches and controlled test areas for full-load trial runs using customer-simulated feedstock.
Quality assurance in the workshop
Incoming inspection: Material traceability and mill test reports are recorded before machining begins.
In-process checks: Dimensional and functional checks at critical stages to catch issues early.
Final test-runs: Each pellet mill undergoes a performance test (idle and loaded) to verify output, pellet quality and noise/vibration targets before packing.
Documentation: Test records, inspection reports and packing lists are provided for every shipment; third-party inspections are welcome.
Packing, storage & logistics
Heavy-duty export packing (wooden crates, palletized, rust-proofing) to protect machines during sea or air transport.
Organized warehouse for spare parts and finished machines to speed shipments.
Coordination with experienced freight forwarders for EXW/FOB/CIF delivery terms and export documentation.
Safety, environment & workforce care
Safety procedures in place across workshops (PPE, machine guards, electrical safety).
Waste management and responsible disposal of oils/coolants following local regulations.
Ongoing training programs to improve workmanship, safety and assembly quality.
What customers can see
We provide up-to-date workshop photos, short factory videos and process flow diagrams on request. For large orders or technical projects we welcome factory visits or third-party audits so buyers can verify capacity and production controls in person.
